Loft for sleeping or storage. Approximately 300 square feet. Although kitchen does not have a range and oven, there is plenty of counter space and electrical outlets for your convection oven, microwave, hotplates. $850/month includes utilities, plus cable, wifi, trash disposal. My daughter is looking for a rental, her lease is up at the end of Feb, she has not had good luck finding something in her range, you have her range. She has a 4 year old daughter, it is just the 2 of them. Would your cottage be big enough for them do you think? My daughter works for UPS and works a 2nd part time job in Rhinebeck as a waitress but she would probably get her pt work in Woodstock if she lived there. Thank you.
